How Do I remove my self from this site?

I thought I could use this site to make my desktop look better, but not that much of a comp geek to do this. how do I get this crap out of my programs? B

I like the topic, it sounds like he is trapped here. It doesn't really take much though to learn to use the programs, at least as far as applying skins. It would have made more sense for BrucesBeyach to just ask for help and try learning something. Then they wouldn't feel like a geek.
Oh well, some are willing to try, some just give up.
